Here are selected examples of how Frank’s work with his clients has helped them achieve their real estate goals:

  • Health Net: In 1996, Frank was selected to be the exclusive broker for Health Net, a Fortune 200 company. Working closely as part of the Health Net real estate team, Frank served in both a tactical and strategic advisory role during the company’s critical multi-state expansion period. In 2002, Frank was responsible for creating the strategy to build a 380,000 square foot Sacramento headquarters for the company. He earned the title “Trusted Advisor” after having completed a total of 192 transactions in eight years.

  • Syar Industries: Frank worked extensively for Syar industries, a large Napa-based aggregate miner. Jim Syar hired Frank to exclusively market a 260-acre vineyard near Windsor, CA. The vineyard was adjacent to Rodney Strong Winery and Piper Sonoma. It was successfully sold to Prudential Insurance Company.

  • The Wong Family: The Wong Family owned a 60,000 square foot Bel Air Market in a commercial center located in Sacramento, CA when they received an unsolicited offer to buy this property from the private REIT that owned the balance of the center. Frank was engaged by the family to market the property and, after soliciting additional offers from the investment community, the building was sold to the REIT for a much higher price than was initially offered.

  • Jon Kelly: When Jon Kelly decided to sell his 400,000 square foot office portfolio in Sacramento, Frank's firm, Aguer Pipgras, was hired to market the properties. The $82,000,000 sale price was the second largest investment sale ever completed in Sacramento. Mr. Kelly also hired Aguer Pipgras to dispose of two anchored retail centers that sold for $28,000,000.

  • Drever Partners: Frank represented this San Francisco investment firm in their acquisition of eight properties with a total value in excess of $60,000,000.
