Frank’s 35+ years in the real estate industry have been devoted to developing long-term, mutually rewarding relationships with clients. His approach to any assignment is characterized by:

History

Frank began his career in real estate when he bought and refurbished several San Francisco apartment properties for himself in the 1970’s. From 1980 to 1985, he served as Vice President of Acquisitions for Drever McIntosh, a syndicator based in San Francisco with a large portfolio of apartment and commercial properties throughout the western US. In 1986, Frank became Vice President of Dispositions for Century Partners, a public company with investments in commercial properties.

As a broker, Frank has completed over $900,000,000 in transactions and was named the Top Office Broker of the Year in 1997 by the Sacramento Association of Commercial Real Estate.

Frank’s development work began in 1989 with a 100,000 square foot retail center in Yakima, Washington which he renovated and sold for a profit. In 1999, Frank became involved with senior housing and identified a site in Sonoma, CA which would eventually become the 93-unit assisted living community, Vintage Sonoma. He is currently the Managing Partner for the property.

In 2003, Frank became involved with development full-time when he co-founded Lewis Pipgras with Tom Lewis in Sacramento. The firm focused on Northern California opportunities including office, retail and senior housing. Frank and his partner also offered development, investment and tenant consulting services as well.

Professional Affiliations: Frank is a member of both Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), national networks of brokers serving the commercial real estate industry.
