Frank is the Managing Partner of Vintage Sonoma, a 93-unit assisted living community in Sonoma, CA. Opened in August 2005, the facility is operated by Vintage Senior Living, also a partner in the project. The facility is located close at the southeast corner of Broadway (Highway 12) and Napa Road. Frank acquired the property with agricultural zoning, annexed it to the City of Sonoma, and completed the entitlement process which was quite rigorous. Frank and his partners worked diligently with a highly skilled project team to design, finance and develop a first class senior housing project.

 

Vintage Sonoma provides care and services to its elderly residents, including assistance with daily activities (bathing, grooming, eating, escort to and from dining), exercise and related therapy programs, transportation to and from appointments, shopping and recreational activities, medication monitoring, incontinence care, and social activities. There are also 22 units in a secure wing dedicated to addressing the special needs of residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s related diseases.
